American law is so wonderful. You can accuse anyone of anything, if you can prove it`s true. You can`t do that elsewhere in the world as easily. Here in Mexico you can be sued for slander if you repeat things that are true about a person...but not in the States...ah the States. I wonder what it will be like when God gets done with it?

Jackie got her shorts tied in a knot when I went public with the kinds of things she was doing right around when she was supposedly working to install the Shumirum Monument in San Jose..after Nimrod threatened to sue Chicago if they installed it..as his own sister, who paid more than half the cost, wanted.

So she goes into Shawn`s office huffing and puffing..jewelry rattling...expensive price tags all over her...three cars in the parking lot and she tells Shawn that some so-called artist is lying about her on the internet..."how much"?

Shawn has legitimate cases, I`m sure...but somewhere in law school they teach these guys how to make silly money too...so he coddles her and moddles her and tells her that the law will protect her, that he can make this Parhat fellow eat his words..make him weep buckets etc and etc. Naturally she pays him whatever he asks..and since he soon after moved his family and business to Seattle...his communting to San Jose on her behalf got even more expensive...but that was the beginning..at that point money was no object and Lincoln knew better than to stand in her way.

Things go back and forth and I ignore a few court documents with the result that I automatically lose the first round and am ordered to pay her $130,000...and I`ll get to it just as soon as I can. For the next round though..when she ups it to two million she wants and then adds Jeff for another two million, her second really big mistake...I figure it`s worth my while finally...so we `re off to the races...with me making several trips from Mexico to appear in court etc. Now, I know and Shawn knows that there is no way Jackie wants to appear in court and hash all this out in front of the greatest gathering of "Assyrians" since the last fire sale at WalMart. I figure they think Jeff and I are gonna cave at some point...but we don`t.

On one such trip to file some papers or something...(picture yoors trooli at the law library burning the midnight oil)...who should I see at my elbow while I`m blasting someone from an internet cafe but Shawn Leuthold hisself...all the way from Seattle, eyes still red from lack of enough money, carrying a huge bundle of papers..I mean BIG.

Surely the guy can afford a gopher at what Jackie is forking over...but later I realized he was sort of hoping tha sight of all those documents plus his whimpy-assed self "confronting" me would make me reconsider. Instead I almost threw my arms around the guy. This was more like! This was desperation on their part...we HAD them! Shawn knew damn well he was taking Jackie to the cleaners, just a bit...he also knew I knew it....he knew Jeff and I knew suing Jeff was sort of addmitting defeat...a desperate bid to scare us off that only helped us out for it proved beyond much doubt what an unrelenting bitch the woman is...just as I`d said and everyone knew anyway. He was hoping to win one for Jackie the easy way, without having to actually step into court. It`s too complicated to go into detail, but as the one being sued AND not having an attorney of my own...I get the upper hand right off. I get the benfit of the doubt because I am defending myself...and Shawn knew that when it came time for Jackie to actually have to get on the stand...she AND he wouldn`t want that.

So I took the sheaf of papers, which turned out to be over 250 posts I`d written about Jackie which they were introducing as evidence...thanked him heartily...pumped his hand vigorously...suggested he name his new yacht after me and said we two should have a cup of coffee when this was all over...nice guy...not his fault he has to eat.

Another year went by and what was my delight when I got a notice from the court that our trial setting hearing was postponed on account of Shawn asking the court to be allowed to dump Jackie...seems she stopped returning his phone calls and refused to pay up. Hehehehehe. It finally dawned on her..I think. Or Lincoln borrowed his balls back and told her "no more".

The easy victory she and Shawn had hoped for never materialized...instead she spent thousands only to make matters much worse...because I kept right on exposing her dumb ass all the while they thought they were going to silence me. Any lawyer..Shawn himself, would NEVER sue someone for saying the things I did..even if they weren`t true---especially if you`re dealing with a broke and happy sculptor...what`s to gain? And you only make things worse..plus which I don`t reside in the States and I don`t gots no money...they`ll ever find.

And what a finish...to be dumped by your own lawyer for not paying your bills...just to avoid tossing in the towel. I was disappointed though...I was SO looking forward to asking her simple questions on the stand..in front of everybody...something no leader of Assria can tolerate.

So the whole thing blew away..as I`m sure that asshole Norman Solkha`s suit against Dr Eden Naby will fizzle out...her case is even easier than mine...all she has to do is sit Solkha on the stand and let him tell the court "all about Assyria".

But, a lasting benefit is that since they filed those posts of mine with the court...I believe I can refer to their filing forever...in other words it`s part of the public record..anyway, doesn`t matter.

The last words I spoke to her were over the phone..after she said I could not attend "her" AANF convention..."Jackie", I said, "you just made a big mistake".
