Here's an author... no, an artist... no check that (I hate both words, they have no place in my vocab), someone with an imagination that isn't afraid to use it.

"Years of Rage" is an excellent read. The first of it's kind, or in this case “genre”. A fictitious take on the columbine massacres. I discovered this book after hearing all the lynch mob complaints here in Chicago. If you remember a film called "Brighten Beach Memoirs" the main character sums up his Jewish community by saying that all diseases are talked about with the name "whispered" in order to avoid God hearing you and in return giving you that illness. Great movie, great line. The same is happening to this book. Let the guy write!!!

Osama Alshabi won an award at the Tribeca Film Festival for his Documentary about him and his father returning to Iraq after twenty-something years. A film like this is finally made and dozens will follow. All it took was someone to get off their ass and say, "hey look, 9/11 happened, but we're not all terrorists".

Enter "Years of Rage" to open a door and have a little talk, "We're not trying to teach your kids to be fucked up, in fact they are fucked up and we can't change that... just ask yourself who's fault that is… mine".

I am a Christian and I enjoy reading the posts on this site. Is that strange? Does it make me a sellout? Hmmm, is there something wrong with me?

Fuck me, I'm strong enough to know that I am not a terrorist because I was born in Iraq... I am not going to shoot up a school after reading "Years of Rage"... and, I am not dropping Christ because I post on this site...

Read the book, it's worth the two hour toilet bowl scar on your cheeks.

I just read my post and realized it's just a bunch of rambling crap. But, I refuse to change it. Plus, it's kinda funny in that "oops, my girlfriend is trying to seduce me by sucking on the same finger I just picked my belly button with" way.
