Popping Petey. Re: All this Isaiah is a Jewish nonsense Posted By: Peter BetBasoo <keepa@ninevehsoft.com> (nat-204-201.arlut.utexas.edu) Date: Thursday, 10 February 2005, at 2:19 p.m. In Response To: All this Isaiah is a Jewish nonsense (Abd Ashur) You obviously have an axe to grind against Jews and Christians. ...how about your axe against Muslims and Kurds...or is your axe okay? Well, keep it to yourself, thank you, and don't presume to speak on behalf of Assyrians. ...well who authorized you to do it then? Just because you ban and delete and modify what goes against your grain hardly means you have some sort legitimacy to speak on behalf of the three people in your tribe. You state: "4. You don't even know who the Assyrians are and who will become Assyrian in the future." I know who Assyrians are, and I know who are NOT Assyrians. ...what happned to not making blanket statements? Today's Assyrians have survived as a Christian people, ...so much for that. Christianity didnīt save a single Assyrian, for the simple reason that they had nothing to do with it. You are Jews who converted early on...you were kicked out of Jerusalem by the Romans in 70 AD and wandered over to our lands where you lived in mud huts in the mountains till someone found ruins beneath your feet at which time you claimed to be ruins yourselves. and their history and culture is a river that begins in Assyria with Ashur in 5000 B.C. and flows in Assyria with Jesus in 33 A.D., until now. ..Jesus had nothing to do with Assyrians. Assyrians had no use for a Messiah...they had no need of heavenly hosts...they had their own and they had heaven on earth. Jews needed a Messiah desperately...the entire Messiah thing is a Jewish concoction and you can see why it would be...why the hell would an Assyrian want to be saved by a Jew? Saved from what....Nineveh? Many distributaries have come from this river, ...I think you meant distributors...or maybe carbeurators...??? and they have flowed away and disappeared into the sands ...are you STILL peddling poetry? , but the main stream continues to run, and it runs through us and by us and within us and from us. ..in your case thatīs a whole lot of liquid sloshing about. Try to tone it down, okay? Rampaging liquids is poor poetry. You state: "6. Assyrian Identity is not and can not be compatible with Christian/ Jewish faiths." Well, I am an Assyrian, and I am a Christian. ...says you. You make as shitty a Christian as you would an Assyrian. Itīs best not to aim too high..just call yourself a lapsed Jew and be done with it. You are wrong. ...that was innovative of you. Once again, don't presume to speak on my behalf or on behalf of Assyrians in general. ...is that presumption to be presumed only by you? ...this is an Assyrian? --------------------- |
