...it does seem odd that "Assyrians", who believe the world is just WAITING to hear of them and their amazin stories...are yet so shy about going public. That is, it seems odd if you believe they think they have anything to gain by it. And yet they are uncomfortably aware themselves that their hesitation to venture beyond the safety of their church-forums must make people wonder...why AREN`T they holding press conferences and such?

That`s easy to answer...they don`t believe their bullshit themselves...at least insofar as throwing down a challenge to any and all comers that they are here and able to explain, expand and defend their claims.

They know better than anyone the multiplying holes showing already in their multifarious proooves...that they`d all be made to look ridiculous...they KNOW that! And village boys don`t like to be "mocked and insulted". They can`t even survive a post by ME...how do you suppose they`d do in front of a crowd they couldn`t control..or ban? This is all SO silly!

You talk about unity between yourselves, which is important to sort out. But what about ACTIVELY and DIRECTLY telling the WHOLE WORLD about your people and the problems they face? Don't you think that if you get people THROUGHOUT THE WORLD to support your people and even encourage unity, that you will already be HALF-WAY -- or even THREE-QUARTERS of the way -- to UNITY and DECENT representation in Iraq?

...people throughout the WORLD will "support" the boys?

...Iraq is now a democracy...in which the majority will rule...as they do everywhere else in the world...gone are the happy days when a tyrant kept the fundamentalists in line..and allowed Christians to have picnics...wear dresses and sell liquor...those days are gone because America "liberated" Iraq...name a single democracy anywhere in the world that guarentees its minorities anything...anything more than the same rights everyone else has..if they`re lucky?

..did America guarantee Black CHRISTIAN Americans anything...did it?

Mike, if you so love Zowaa, why don't you try directly helping the organisation yourself? Yeah, do something YOURSELF for the org you support! How about it?
