...the only legal kind are the defensive kind when you ARE being attacked...not a pre-emptive one in which you THINK you might be attacked someday..on that basis the entire Third World should declare war on the United States and never stop.

Nothing good will come from the Iraq war....you can see right in front of your noses as one excuse after another crumbles...the last one remaining that Saddam killed his own people...so we had to go there and kill them too.

America didn't liberate anyone...ever. It has enslaved people through one form of violence and force or another, but it has never liberated anyone....it would take our own boys, steeped to the gills in the arcane bibble history of just what Abraham said to his uncle to come to America and remain blissfully ignorant of MODERN history, the effects of which play out all around them...watch ten year's worth of movies and TV and come away convinced Rambo will save Assyrians.

War....especially for those who START it, brings disaster more often than not. America started the Korean, Vietnam and Iraq wars....it may take another 200 years before people will come to realize that this time span has been one long disaster after another for the American people...the corporations have done mighty well..and therein lies the secret. American corporations make war on the American worker and people and families first of all....their foreign wars are merely an extension of the logic FOR corporations.

Iraq is the most open and clear case of a corporate war to date...but it isn't the first. We have oily bidnessmen in charge of our government and miliraty the way they run their corporations....we hand them our air and water and other natural treasures..and we just gave them the world's greatest military in terms of material and weapons...it's like the old days when the first polce force in any city in America was made from the private armies of goons the Robber Barons hired to break the will of the American worker to demand decent wages and treatment.

For twenty years and more the American people have been in love with CEOs and corporate tycoons...they've dreamed of getting rich quick and easy as once only the Black ghetto dweller did..because they've lost all hope of earning a decent and secure living by their own efforts. And all of this happily coincides with a religious revival of the stupidest kind that has people washing themselves in the blood of animals...eating human corpses and waiting on that better life on a cloud....after winning the Lotto down here.

Good sense and even intelligence has taken a beating in the last two decades and it's been fanned into a destructive fire by our old friends the Churches, who still long for the 13th Century when everything was "right".

We get what we ask for..and we asked for this. So too did the Christians OUTSIDE of Iraq who helped bring this misery home.
