...Bush says might makes right..if you want something it's okay, even your godly mission, to lie if you have to...cheat, if you can't get it honestly...bully, if you can't be fair...and kill if anyone stands in your way...getting what YOU want is the whole point...never mind anything else...and they call this having "values"...just because they kill and do all their dirt to the beat of Jesus. Yesterday I happened to catch the news and saw a virtual brawl that came close to mob action between two professional basketball teams...with the fans going nuts...it could have gotten really uglier...everyone in shock...but is there a connection? Do the rationals given by our "leaders"...the examples they set also "trickle down"? Did it just get easier for citizens to lash out...to use violence to "get what they want"...is it okay as a way to solve problems? Then today...barely 24 hours later there's a near riot on a college football field...at least this time the fans didn't get involved..but it was ugly and could have gotten out of hand easily. Everyone says they can't remember such behavior before..and then for it to happen twice in a day...makes you wonder. Neither can we remember a time when the United States acted the aggressor so wantonly and openly...under the cover of such obvious lies... ...When our officials behave like thugs and goons...when they let their crude instincts lead them...can the rest of us be far behind? --------------------- |
