...let´s see, when big bad Saddam was in charge, his Sunni minority kept the more rabid Shiite majority in check...there was no Sharia Law...no mullahs running the political machines...Christians had liquor stores and their women went about freely and uncovered...but there was no democracy.

Fast forward...a lot of Iraqis have been killed for Bush...the more enlightened Sunni minority has turned to violence, we are told...the Shiites are eager for elections and Democracy because they are in the majority...so it took America to bring democracy to Iraq...which means nothing more than installing a right-wing, Muslim conservative ruling body in place of the minority Muslim ruling body.

And where in all of this is there any cause for joy in Christlandia?
