..another one of the boy heroes is having a tiff with Shushan..what struck me was his comment that she used to be on my "team"...which can also mean my village, tribe or tree.

It reminded me of a meeting I was at once where three or four priests from different parts of California were being introduced..even from different sects...each priest had his cheering section..his "boys"..his "team"...and as each "coach" was presented, his team cheered and stomped and yelled...I remember thinking at the time how much like a high school rally it was..how the boys were like players on soccer teams meeting for a match...each side yelling for their coach...
