..to enunciate is to speak clearly...you don't "enunciate the unfolding"...things that unfold are tables and chairs...if an IDEA is unfolding...you EXPRESS it...or if you mean to SHOW it...to SHOW the unfolding government etc. I give up.

..besides which it is NOT "Assyria"...it is Iraq. World leaders don't want to receive the "truth" about Gaul today...they don't need to receive a letter from the representatives of Albion...if you would speak of THIS world in THIS time...begin by using the names of nations NOW. Assyria is long dead and gone, as a nation..it is now Uruk...Iraq if you must.

The moment you include the word “exile”, it thus eliminates the full and open participation of the majority of Assyria itself, since it will disenfranchise Assyrians of Iraq from working hand in hand with such an institution overseas.

The main fact is that there is a Charter. Come to its aid. Implement it. Make amendments to it once it has been established.

If each individual tries to inject an objection or an amendment to it immediately and right on the onset of its inception, we will never have one Charter, since there shall be thousands of differing ideas on the name, formation, nomenclature, representation and implementation.
