Dear Friend,

We haven't met. I am honorary chairperson of the "Save Iraqi Dogs Foundation", Bar Harbor, Maine. Our organization was created two years ago when this terrible war was forced on us and our allies. The women who joined with me are all dedicated humanitarians who've given selflessly of themselves over the years in all manner of charitable endevors.

We feel, however that no one is thinking about the poor canine population of Iraq. Our organization has shipped food, blankets and much needed medicine for the helpless dogs caught in the midst of this terrible war.

May I put you down as a lover of the dogs of Iraq, regardless of their religion? Please say yes or, "bow-wow" (hehe) and send us a little something to cheer the lives of the innocent stray and homeless dogs of Iraq. If you are a Christian at heart you can do no less.
