Every project needs a few like minded people to initiate the project. At this juncture, what is required is to establish an independent steering committee, consisting of like minded individuals that are showing interest in seeing the project through. This steering committee by no means is the leadership, they are simply the so called working bees to lay the foundation on how to proceed. A project of this magnitude requires a great deal of work and simply by talking about it here without setting the fundamentals in place will simply be another one of the many projects we speak about.
