..this is the tail end of a longish post about the need for leadershit in Assria...the need for neutrality...for a parliament...for representatives...for a government in exile...these guys can`t play music at a dance without starting a civil war and they want a government in exile!!!

...I can supply the reason these things will never work...just imagine trying to melt all the religious sects, the little principalities and princelings into ONE Christian sect...can`t be done, can it? And there you have your answer...behind each supposedly "Assyrian" push or drive or feeling or political demand, is a pointy headed priest with his pointier headed following..the same friggin sects that were tearing BetNahrain apart when the Muslims arrived and forced a truce on them 1300 years ago.

There will NEVER be consensus among "Assyrians" because none of them ARE Assyrians to begin with and they aren`t even Iraqi...they are built entirely on a religious base and we all know that means constant and bewlidering warfare and spats over inconsequentials...such as, "did Christ pee into the wind or out"? For these sorts of trivilaties people have been tossed out of "Assyria"..new dogmas have been created...denunciations issued...fueds started and maintained for centuries...and there`s no reason to think it will end. Indeed, it just got worse. Now we have Chadlo-Asshos to contend with.

"Assyrians" CAN`T come together because they AREN`T together...and to come together each would have to give up what makes him or her essentially an "Assyrian"..as THEY see it...and that has EVERYTHING to do with their religious jealousies..and there will NEVER be any compromise over that..as Ibn Saud rightly noted..in politics, you can compromise, but in religion, it`s no holds barred and you must kill EVERYONE!

And that`s what they`re all doing...killing each other as the whole lot of them slides into the abyss...and thank Ashur too!!!
