...truth isn't a fixed thing...it isn't immutable and changeless for all time. Even the fucking popes had to change with the times, no matter how much they miss their Inquisition..truth isn't knowledge even...it isn't what's known but the process of learning, of finding out...and then finding out some more and so on...Life is a river that moves constantly...dam it up and it stagnates and turns into grairs...all puddled up and constipated. As the old saw goes, you can't stick your foot in the same river twice...it's moved past that point and is a different river.

...neo-cons and these other crybabies, mangling the language and making dire predictions are yearning for their good old days when yahwe reigned supreme with the public hangman at his side to enforce divinity...those good old days also happen to have coincided with the rule of Men...White ones..the subordination of Woman...of Darkies...a time when they could imprison and kill and stifle the growth of the rest of us with impunity...naturally they can't come out and SAY that so they talk of "morality" instead and "values"...and how the other guy is Evil cause he won't let you rob and kill him with the ease you were accustomed to in those good old days.

...they want to go back...back to those good old days...they want to stop all this monkeying around with "their" inheritance...they don't want us in their country club, in their boardrooms...though they'll let a token in once in awhile so the rest of us can fool ourselves.

And it's no accident that, as a reminder of just what good old days were like, they've revived their hate-machines and directed them at Muslims, today's good old Jews...to whom they did those good old things they love so much.

They can't stop the river...can't stop the changes...all they can do is slow it down, obstruct its flow until the rot forces change back on us...that's how we got to this point...it wasn't easy for women to claim their rights...or Blacks...or Jews...these are hard-fought battles that caused people much pain and suffering...but the intolerable conditions were forced on them by White Chirstian Men...who are the guardians of this altar to intolerance they inherited from yahwe.

It isn't easy today for Muslim Assyrians to win their freedom either...but this war was imposed on them...they were forced into it and no amount of blaming the victims for their spirited defense will lessen the guilt of the Christian rapists.
