-- Agreed. As one who doesn't watch Fox News (except for stories like this one) I'm quite surprised. But I think that the judge does have a point. In some of the early clips of the shooting which are still available, one can hear a barrage of gunfire, a hail of bullets, a storm of lead... possibly mostly coming from the side of the SWAT. Is it plausible that since the hostages were LGBTQIA and overwhelmingly, Puerto Rican, that the SWAT just "went for it". Remember Attica? "ATTICA! ATTICA!":
