What is even more baffling is the family wanted to sue, that's right, sue Yosemite National Park over this. Even though they had signs, elucidating the hazards of crossing over the rail. But no, it's somehow the Yosemite National Park's fault. LOL.

Seriously, it's almost as if Assyrians have an innate desire to shift the blame onto something or someone else.
