He's at it again...calling desperate Iraqi Christians "fools" and "traitors" for taking money from the Kurdish government. Re: Videos - Houses built for Assyrians by Sargis Aghajan -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Beth Suryoyo Assyrian (Othuroyo) Forum -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Written by Fred Aprim on 17 Apr 2007 17:16:31: As an answer to: Re: Videos - Houses built for Assyrians by Sargis Aghajan written by Ben on 17 Apr 2007 09:31:42: I agree! It is amazing all the propaganda that the KDP and Barazani is doing for Sargis Agahjan. ...any more "amazing" than your work on behalf of Kenna? Imagine the efforts to make sure that various churches give him medals etc. ...would you turn them down? Does anyone ask why? Why not let the ADM (ZOWAA) be in charge of the process of rebuilding being the real representative of Assyrians through elections. ...Kurdistan owes Kenna nothing. It owes you nothing. It owes its citizens...and Christians in Kurdistan have a right to the money of Kurdistan. Who is Kenna? When was he elected or delegated any authority by Kurdistan? His brief run in Iraqi politics doesn't qualify him to become the conduit for Kurdish funds to Kurdish citizens. But no. The KDP wants to undermine ZOWAA and create a new leadership by buying the support of the people through showing Aghajan as a savior with the money that few are being tricked and made to think that it is Aghajan's money when IT IS CLEARLY NOT. The money is reconstruction money from Iraqi oil and US Government indeed. ...no one believes Aghajan is handing out his own money...silly. he is trusted by the Kurds and Kenna is not....Kenna sided with Iraq and Iraqi politics...he has no standing at all in Kurdistan. You just want the Kurds to annoint Kenna by handing the money over to him. Your interests are not with the people who need the money but with the status of your master, Kenna. Those people would die waiting on ZOWAA and you. Barazani and Aghajan cannot fool the people. ...they are not. You are the one trying to fool people. Clearly the money comes from the Kurdish government and not Aghajan...clearly he is trusted by the Kurds and Kenna is not...what does an election in Iraq have to do with Kurdish politics today? The money is getting out to the people...and it is being handed out by one of us who has the confidence of the Kurdish government. What are you whinning about this time? The parade of Akito proved that the people know who is who and that Aghajan is a KDP official working for the Kurdish goals and that is the fact. ...so what? There you go again...any Christian who agrees to work with and within the legal government of a nation, Iraq or Kurdistan, is a "traitor" and a "sell-out". The only "real" Assyrians to you are those who agree to make trouble for themselves, in that region...while you are safe and sound in the United States, taking all the money you can from anyone and everyone. But they must not??? ..is it a crime that one of the Kurdish goals is to see houses built for the Christians of Kurdistan, to see them well fed and educated and living in peace? Do you really expect the Kurds, who've been fighting for decades to get where they are today, to hand their money out to whomever YOU approve of? Fred --------------------- |
