...I love that opening..."WHATEVER your book"! You can't be a "self-publisher". By definition a publisher publishes the books of other people, not his own. If he does so he isn't a publisher but a printer. Aprim's book isn't "self-published"...it's printed by a company, one of many, that's found a clever way to earn a buck.
