"VIENNA, N.Y. – A young father with a long criminal history, including assault charges, fatally shot his 3-month-old son in front of state troopers Tuesday morning, then was shot and critically wounded by officers."

The article, of course, never mentions the killers religion but he's white and you can bet he's a devout born-again. Anyway, he certainly isn't Jewish or Muslim.

If this crime had happened in a Muslim country you can bet the headline would have read, "Muslim Man Kills Infant Son"...his city or state or even country wouldn't be mentioned.

All the atrocious crimes attributed to Muslims are committed ten times over y Christians...except for female genital mutilation, which has nothing to do with Muhammad or the Quran. But Christians practice male genital mutilation only they call it circumcision. For Jews it's part of a religious ceremony which should have been made illegal decades ago because you aren't allowed to mutilate babies for your religion and operating on live beings without anesthesia is vivisection and that is illegal.

But for Christians who still practice it there is no religious motive...just a silly idea about its health benefits...as if Nature, which designed the human eye, the nervous system, the brain etc, could have made such a stupid blunder...one that would have to be remedied by human idiots.

As to the argument that cirumcision MIGHT help prevent penis cancer, a real epidemic in the world, you might as well argue that you should cut the breasts off all 11 year old girls because so many women die from breast cancer...far more than men who get penis cancer.

Among religious folk it seems excusable, given the rest of their mumbo-jumbo, that such practices would persist...but what can you say about those who mutilate children simply for profit, as Christians do?

So, Muslims mutilate girls....Christians mutilate boys and Jews mutilate boys too...while atheists mutilate nobody.
