....an interesting case before the Supreme Court recently....a woman employed by a Catholic organization had to take a leave of absence to have her narcolepsy treated. When she was ready to return to work, her Catholic employer said they did not have a job for her. She sued all the way to the Supremes and they ruled, unanimously (almost unheard of) against her. They said separation of Church and State meant, in effect, the Church could live by its own laws...the Americans with Disabilities Act could not apply....meaning the Church can discriminate, in America, where no one else can...at least not in such a case, unless you have Jesus on your side.

And we make fun of Muslim countries where religion and secular law are one? Keeping church and state separate was supposed to PROTECT us from their abuses and meddling...instead these justices have given the Church the freedom to discriminate...against a woman, a worker...who needs her job to support herself and her family....what would Jesus do?

Get killed again....no doubt.
