-- I got bad news a few days ago. A cousin of mine, only in his 20's, took his life. The signs were there. As I posted a few weeks ago, he was extremely sensitive, handsome and couldn't get it together. The family was pushing him to get married. He didn't find a mate. They kept pushing. He once attempted suicide but failed. Poor kid. Well, this time he made it. I hope he's in a peaceful space. RIP! The parents are hysterical! I've met several Assyrian and Iranian boys who are in their 20's and 30's who are single and depressed for not being married, and it don't help when they sit in an Assyrian or Iranian gathering bothering by the elders why they don't get married. This can get one extremely down to the "killing floor" (as the Blues Man said). So sad! Stop telling your child whom to marry, whether man or woman.
