...as usual, besides chirpy one-liners, no one has refuted the fact that we called ourselves, and were known to others, as Nestorians starting in the 4th century AD. We remained Nestorians until some were siphoned off back to Catholicism...and the rest remained Nestorians until 1976 when we dumped the word in favor of "Assyrian". Don't understand what the ruckus was about...it's a historical fact...not a hysterical one. --------------------- |
