We know the regimes in the Middle East are brought to power by the US and not by the people of those countries. Mubarak once told Saddam to do what is "right" and step down for the benefit of his people and country. Egyptians are now on the streets demanding their dictator to step down after dictating their country for 30 years. He should follow his own advice and do what is right because the citizens clearly don't want him. I am glad to see Egyptians do what Americans would never dare do. Egypt is a perfect example of how American backed dictators in the Middle East should be dealt with. If this happens throughout the region and it likely will, the US will be fucked. I know Mubarak is on the phone regularly with his masters in Washington to know what he should do but that won't help. Egypt has a huge population and the people are fed up. Young and educated people are running these demonstrations and doing the right thing.

This has gotten so ugly that Egypt banned Al Jazeera broadcasting just as the US also did in 2003 because they were showing the side that all of the western and American networks won't show. US wants to install dictators and the people of those countries must do what is necessary to get rid of them. It won't be easy but is the only way to succeed. It isn't Islam or Muslims who are against freedom, prosperity, success and all the other good stuff but it is the US who don't want that. It would be nice if Saudis do the same to their dictatorship which is a puppet and would sell the entire kingdom for an 18 year old blond girl. I take my hat off to Egyptians and all who follow the same route to free their countries from criminals put in power by the US. Removing these criminals from power is how one gets true freedom and independence.

For those who maintain that Islam promotes dictatorships and is against freedom, democracy, etc, such are misinformed and watch too much CNN and should rather do a little research about that. There is no such place in Islam and Muhammad said "there is no royal family in our ummah" so it is clearly against Islamic teachings to have some cowboy rule a nation for decades when the people aren't satisfied. Muhammad also said not to be oppressors nor become oppressed. It is within Islam to fight for freedom and against tyrants whoever they are. Bravo Egyptians and keep up the fight so the US will be fucked in those countries.
