...article in the paper says that the Christian religion is declining in the United States....all sects, except Mormons whose numbers remained constant, are losing ground. That's good news. More people are confident enough to admit that they aren't religious, that they don't marry in any religion and don't want religious funerals.

That's the good part of this Jesus-business of the last several years...just like the raped nine year-old in Brazil, this kind of exposure to just what Christian "faith" means goes a long way to opening up people's eyes and minds too.

Islam, however, is on the rise.
