It’s almost inconceivable, almost a sacrilege even, that anyone, would refer to this man and his book as filled with “puke”. While I single her out by name, because only she is so “passionate” and insecure, “nationally”, in herself, Maggie represents an entire herd of similarly unreasoning nationalists among us. Hardly any of them have read the book through…or really understood what little it took before they declared the entire book an “attack” on Assyrians, by which they meant an attack on them, personally…hence the stunning virulence of their reaction.

What boggles the mind is that Dr Joseph, as far as I know, is the only one with an advanced degree in this field, who’s written a “real” book and been published by a small but prestigious firm and, most importantly, who uses the vast number of references he does to support his claims…not stopping in his quest where it might personally be more pleasing…as the others do when they lift sentences out of context or chop them up to leave behind what would refute the inferences they DRAW from one fragment…because, in reality…who is going to bother to check up on them…their cousins? Will the rest of us, so starved for anything that looks even a little like a corroborating fact that we’ll swoon over a jackass like Fred Aprim?

Dr Joseph is recognized by OTHERS….he is vilified by US…where we would ordinarily see his approval outside our community as evidence of his serious merits, in this case..and only in this case…because there ARE serious merits to his case…a case which “attacks” our pseudo-identity, then all those supporters and collegues and fellow authors become “dumb scholars” who want “chairs” and “positions” and are all being “paid” by Jews or whomever else we want to slander with the idiotic notion that he or they , “want to deny us who we are because they are afraid of what we will do etc.”. Thus practically ever professional and scholar as well as many thousands of books in numerous libraries around the world must all be turend into “haters of and pukers on Assyria…liars, fools, incompetants etc. so that Maggie and the rest can exist, blissfully undisturbed in their fatheadedness

Do you see…do you SEE what this has meant for our collective intellectual development…and how we have come to honor the absolutely stupidest people we can find among us, or most venal and cynical, depositing all our “hopes” for Assyria and the “bright minds” of our young people in their incompetant hands, because they will not pause to even consider a book?

Talk about practices which end in suicide.
