...so, let's get this straight. The Brits wanted to create a special military force made up of Jews to fight to get themselves a homeland in Palestine...and all Jewish organizations said "hell no, are you crazy"? Because they knew the Turks would retaliate against any Jews under their control....the same Brits gave weapons to the assyrians and said you help US...and we'll help you get a country...and our dummies leapt at the chance...and their families, living under Turkish rule, were killed or chased into exile. Hmmmmmmmmm.

And we've been doing it ever since. You'd think assyrians were desperate to get chased OUT of Iraq! And they've almost succeeded in sending THEMSELVES into exile....great job!
