....that's the "hope" Americans now cling to....they want their lottery...they want no taxes so they can have more money to play the lottery because that's the only "hope" they see to improving their lives....hard work won;t do it, even if you have a job...but you might just WIN BIG.

How sad and depressing too. It's like all this praying and going down on your knees to the Lord to "save America"...like there isn't a thing human we can do about our condition but rather the Lord must come do it for us all...how handy for politicians these days to declare all our problems beyond us to solve...so just go down on your knees and pray.

The lottery is a poor-tax. It's a way to get people to spend money on hope instead of milk and fruit and bread.....the poor take money away from basic needs to play the lottery....and politicians use that money in place of taxes.
