Here is a PDF of the IRS form 990 for the Chaldean Chamber Foundation.

As you can see, Martin Manna (who controls the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce) takes over $70,000 per year out of this non-profit for himself in the form of "Consulting Fees".

Another example is over $57,000 for running the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce, as seen here:
