That's the headline of the post at Maggie's.....it's supposed to make you angry...it's supposed to outrage you, as in "how can anyone portray us NEGATIVELY"?...which leads to thoughts of "they're persecuting us"! And on and on....and yet, how are Turks portrayed in OUR "books"? I mean the drivel that Aprim and Rosie Malek-Yonan and the rest of those hacks write...and get printed (never published)?

Are we fair...are we accurate....are we dispassionate? Take only one example: for years we've been asking for one instance, one incident, one historical event that would back up our claims that Muslims murdered us only for our religion, or to forcibly convert us....and nothing. I can't think of a worse lie than that one religious group has murdered those of another simply because of their religion...or to force them to convert..and we make that accusation constantly..we teach it to our children to make sure the hate lives on, along with the lie....we WERE traitors to Turkey, our homeland....there is evidence...we KNOW the story of Poutrous and the Levies and by any definition that WAS treason....and yet our people ca not give ONE instance of so-called massacre JUST for religion..or forced conversion.

On top of that, we DO have evidence, tons of it, that Christians were the ones killing people JUST for their religion...six million of them recently..as there is plenty of evidence that Christians forced people to convert on pain of death, not Muslims, but Christians!

Actually, judging by Christian standards, Islam has been very patient and forgiving where our treason is concerned...Islam could have wiped Christians out at any time in the last 1400 years, if it wanted to...wiped them out as effectively as Christians wiped out the Muslim and Jewish populations of Europe...down to the Holocaust...and today's mass murder of Muslim children.

Talk about your Christian pot calling anyone black!
