...he's been a disaster for Civil Rights....his presidency has seen the worst record for civil rights protections...he especially keeps his distance from Afro-American rights and issues...doesn't want to appear to be partisan...you know, helping out his own...but he's gone to Ireland to re-establish ties with his Irish roots... ...this guy is as much a token as uncle Thomas Clarence and Colin Powell and Condi.
