I'm not an advocate for Communism or Fidel, but how come the richest country in the world spends more money and sends more soldiers to destabilize a tiny island (twice), removing its only democratically elected president (Aristide) after decades of repression and death under "Pappa Doc" and "Baby Doc" Duvalier, then it does sending doctors, like the big, bad "commie" Cubans have?
