The US administration must really come up with a lucrative deal to make with the Russians, for as far as I've been reading the Russian and Asian press, Russia by no means plans to leave its only Soviet-era base in Syria to NATO, I mean, the US. Plus, both China and Russia felt NATO's Erra in Libya and don't plan on getting fucked, again. This is not to say that Russians and Chinese are such humanitarians, as in the refrain from The Godfather, "It's strictly business."
