...let's have a serious discussion about character....Power has only one character: it will do whatever it needs to in order to get more or keep what it has...but in the age of teevee and media advertising, Power will make good commercials and bleat about heroes etc. American "character" hasn't changed from European character....Euros are just more refined, somewhat. We are today what we always were, thieves who stole what we wanted and blamed our victims and we haven't changed our character...and we never will.


...this statement jangled my head...

....does he mean that fascism is a German thing? Fascism is a new way of lying to people in order to get them to vote against their best interests and for the interests of their master-class....before democracy it wasn't necessary, after democracy and "freedom" and the fucking vote, fascism was invented as the way by which your boss gets you to give him more and yourself less.

..the war against fascism was hardly "long over"...the goofy, clownish version, the Chaplin/Hitler version of it was over...but fascism won that war....it has now morphed into a much more mainstream and efficient threat...it's going stronger today then it ever has.
