The store I work for is making around 30 million a year profit and we are considered a small store. I won't lie and say I make a lot of money because I don't and, in fact, I sometimes feel I'm only wasting gas going to work for 4 hours. Instead of hiring more people since we obviously need them. The managers want us to work harder and we are not allowed to work more than our silly 4 hour shifts. He had a meeting with out understaffed crew yesterday and asked what he could do to help, and when we mentioned more money, that got dismissed real quick and his joking face became red. This is someone who makes 70,000 a year and annual bonuses of 15,000 every quarter and he asking us to help him. He wants results and spent the least possible. At this point money is not an issue for them but they are driven by greed and they are insane. They could pay every one in the store 50 dollars an hour and not miss it at all but I'm not asking for that obviously but they could pay us reasonable and see better results. They are addicts and fucked up in the head. At my other job the owner's son put their mansion on fire and the reason was he was lonely and depressed. Wealthy people are nuts
