"..this question about developing cancer as a weapon was raised in Jim Garrison's excellent book on what he actually did and discovered when charging and prosecuting the conspiracy to kill Kennedy...it was just left hanging, not pursued because he was probably dealing with enough "shocking" allegations..but, David Ferry, the wigged CIA pilot and conspirator is mentioned as living in an apartment building where a woman doctor was conducting cancer "experiments"...Ferry once entered her apartment and found hundreds of cages with white rats...this woman was later murdered, most brutally and the crime was never solved..

The idea that there are NOT government conspiracies is itself the greatest "theory" of them all."


-- Toward the end of WW2 American and British Allies significantly employed Nazis and Fascists (especially fascist collaborators and Fascist leaders and party members in Eastern Europe) as a vanguard in a cold war against former Soviet allies, painting the heroic Reds who's counterattack under Marshall Zhukov, and subsequent encirclement and surrender of German battalions in the Battle of Stalingrad, was the breaking point in the war: When the Eastern Front collapsed; then came the "heroic" GI's with their Marlboro cigarettes, their Hershey bars of chocolate and Coca Cola... as if they had single-handedly won the entire war.

Technically, they DID win the war. At the end of the war the US emerged "unscathed" and owned half of the wealth of the world, which included former English colonies which the Brits couldn't afford to sustain. So, being the fair and good guys they are, the US under Truman promoted the dismantlement of all European colonies and spurted out something about "self-determination"... until, well his lofty, humanitarian declaration was put to test:

"I therefore most earnestly appeal to you personally and to the American people to interfere urgently in support of our independence and help making the negotiations more in keeping with the principles of the Atlantic and San Francisco charters," said the telegram.

The request was ignored.

The US not only used the same reactionary forces which were involved in the mass murder of Jews, communists, Roma, socialists, anarchists, the disabled, the LGBTQ; but, in places like Italy, Greece and Yugoslavia, were the Partisan: The resistance with mostly communists among their ranks - especially in Italy where the communists, socialists, Trade Unionists, anarchists, atheists, social-democrats, and all who were perceived to be enemies of the Catholic Church,the Oligarchy, and the Fascist Party: the unholy trinity to which El Duche refered as "corporatism", these unfortunate workers and activists were systematically and brutally murdered. So for over twenty years this group of hounded Italian intellectuals, students, workers, unionists, organized underground and relentlessly fought the Fascists, Nazis and their collaborators, expelling them from their homeland, only to face them once again as their "elected" representatives under the Christian Democrat Party, when it was clear as light that a fair election would have put the Italian Communist Party (PCI) in office, except, the CIA infiltrated. They had American relatives of Italians send postcards demeaning the PCI claiming that they're attached to the Kremlin. The used all types of tactics, black Ops, propaganda.

The same happened in Greece. The Greek communist resistance liberated Greece and began to organize from bottom up, similar to the anarchist experiment of the Spanish in the 1930's, before they were crushed by Stalinist Russia, Fascists under Franco along with Hitler's supply of planes and armaments; and lastly, Western liberal democracies (especially US and UK). Churchill's somewhat gentlemen's agreement (on a piece of paper which he kept)carved out the loot among the three kings of post war Europe. As far as Greece was concerned, considering its considerable organized communist cadres, was of no interest to Stalin -- the prize upon which he fixed his eyes was Turkey. So with that understanding, Britain occupied Greece, released the former Nazi/Fascist Greek collaborators, funded, trained and armed them to liquidate the communists, which ended up in the Greek Civil War of 1946-1949. And by the way, out of the same Western-backed group of right-wing military men during the post Civil War government, among them were men who twenty years later, in 1967, instigated a coup d'etat, mercilessly taking power and embarking on a period of terror and outright Fascism. This was the period known as "Rule of the Colonels".

The point I initially wanted to make was regarding Pancho's comment about a woman "conducting" experiments. Yes, of course... experiments were conducted on First Nations American Indians, on Black Americans, on not only people of color, like the Guatemalans who were "deliberately exposed 1,300 people to STDs like syphilis, gonorrhea, or chancroid", but on poor, back-woods whites.

Back in the '90s or early 2000s, Hamas political leader, Khaled Mashal, who at that time was residing in Jordan. One day he gets out of his car, his driver takes a while behind him, meantime another one of his bodyguards drives by and parks across the street... he immediately notices something curious: a group of men, two or three (I forget) approach Mashal, one bumps into him, while the other points something at him and sprays a substance and the men take off. Fortunately for Mashal, his bodyguard, the one who sensed something wrong from the outset, set out on foot, following the suspects to were they changed cars... and Bam! Caught the man. No one knew what had happened to Mashal, until he became incoherent like someone drunk, or on heroin. He was nodding-out like Keith Richards, but without Keith's delight. So, back and forth... Israel was playing hard, but their Mossad man was in Hamas hands. Finally, a Jordanian doctor (I assume he may have had a few Persian friends) decided to try a drug called Narcan (a narcotic antagonist) which is given to rock stars and junkies when they overdose, turn blue and die. And, way before the Israelis decided to be helpful and stop playing the game of barter as if their bargaining for a life at a bazzar ("for you, my friend... I give you what I paid for".) Anyhow, they dosed Khaled enough to be high for a few days... that is if had Keith Richard's tolerance and genuine taste for the "finer" things in life.
