In 1981, within months apart, the president of Equator, Jaime Roldos, and Colonel Omar Torrijos, president of Panama, were both allegedly assassinated in "mysterious" plane crashes; which, according to former Economic Hit Man (EHM), John Perkins, were due to their unwillingness to be corrupted by their US Godfather.
