I have not slept since I heard the news... yesterday? (I don't know what day it is.) While I was writing, I overheard the trembling, anxious, muffled conversation my mother was having with my Russian sister-in-law: "They want to KILL HIM?"..."WHY?"..."WHAT HAPPENED?" My Assyrian/Iranian brother lives in a building owned by a young American Jew handed-down by his Israeli father. The numerous times I've visited, I noticed that a bunch of crack addicts, junkies, and thieves, hanging around, checking out the place, and basically: "not giving a fuck!" about the tennants' complaints. "If you can't stand the heat... move out!" (something the Palestinians are daily used to face in the occupied territories (stolen lands). My brother refused, got into a fist fight with the owner... and the next day, there was a bullet glued to his front door with a typed note: "THIS IS FOR YOU, UNLESS YOU GET THE FUCK OUT!" So my brother called the cops and the cops (all white) said, well, it's his building.... you should move out, or take the chance of getting killed. The Assyro/Iranio blood pressure popped-out in an articulate manner: "You whites killed and stolen Indian lands; You whites enslaved Africans and lynched them and still are bigoted towared them when they fuck your women better than you can ever imagine; Your white women still yet to taste the Mid-Eastern cousin of the Black dick..... (And a few nights later, it's when the bullet was glued to my brother's front door.) I'm not a racist.... but if someone touches a hair on my brother's hair...
