Very well written senor.. I also never remember my grandparents ever calling Qurdistan by any other name. I assume that the same missionary model that was used to divide and rule American Indian tribes is the same that was applied to get to the oil - just as it is the same reason, I believe, that Salvadorians, for instance, have more Evangelicals than they've ever had in their Catholic history, since the Catholic Church under the late, Archbishop Romero, was propagandized as being "Socialist", because the Archbishop happened to care about the hundreds and thousands of his poorest people being terrorised by death squads funded by our tax dollars, which means directly funded by us. --------------------- |
