In the 60s and 70s there were no Black pro quarterbacks....halfbacks and fullbacks yes, but no quarterbacks.....why was that? Since then there have been many...what happened? Did Blacks all of a sudden improve, as a group, so that now they had that secret white magic? No, it was because for all those years whites couldn't imagine, or tolerate a Black man in a position of leadership, right there on teevee on Monday nights before thousands of fans. Just that fact alone shows what kind of obstacles to success and fulfillment Blacks are up against.

It amazes me yet that Blacks have been so tolerant and accepting...by any human standard they should have risen up and gave whites exactly what they feared, what they knew in their white hearts they deserved!
