I think you have drawn an exaggerate picture what you call the “Christian meddling” in the Middle East. The reality on the ground is different. Most of the Islamic nations were and are not under any kind of siege. Most of them are to a certain extent, sovereign, and most of them are stable.

When did the West ever depose a government that was legitimate? And why would they, for example, remove Faisal after installing him? Why would they remove the Shah? Were they not good puppets?

But my question was, if you had to choose a religion for your children, regardless where or among whom they will live, which one would it be: Christianity or Islam?
