very true. Christian says all the good works are like "filthy rags" because you can't be saved except with the murder of Jesus, drink his blood, shower in it and eat his body. So it really doesn't matter if you are a jerk or not. You don't even really have to be kind and even if you are the kindest and with the biggest heart ever, you will still rot and burn without end and without mercy, but then you're reminded how much god loves you. I had a salafi tell me that i am in danger because I played with my Sufi prayer beats. He said for every rock I move with my finger, it counts as a crime. Then we got to the subject of music, which salafis hate, and he said that lava will be poured down the ear of the one who listened to music. Then I reminded him that Quran says god has more mercy than a mother has to her own infant that is drinking her milk. Of course he didn't have the Quran for his evidence but wa using hadiths, and extremists love using fabrications and questionable traditions or weak ones. Thta's why they follow Shaykh Albani, who wa snothing more than someone who repaired watches and decided to bash traditional Muslims and Sufis. religion is a bunch of shit and no matter how much they say it's love, it's really just fear, and what they call evidence is nothing more than their faith and assumptions. They know as well as we do that no religion is correct. If they knew for a fact, then they wouldn't always have to say: if there wasn'ta god, then...." They pretty much give it away with their own mouth but then tell you how much evidence they have. That's why almost all scientists are non-believers and almost the entire population of Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Norway, etc are all atheist and some of the best countries in the world with no crime and great human services. The countries where gods are the biggest are full of drugs, guns, violence and turmoil. Religions didn't invent anything new and there were laws already before Christianit, Islam, Judiasm, etc. Poeple were getting along just fine and functioning. Christianity did, however, invent something new. For the first time we have a religion where praying, or being good or helping others is irrelevant, and the murder of an innocent is what saves you. No wonder the Romans, Greeks and others were viewing Christains as sickos, and they were. No pagan tribe has ever thought of something as silly as the original sin doctrine. I mentioned these silly dogmas to a Christian before and he told me that's why they are even more true because they are too stupid and no human mind could have come up with something so absurd. The more stupid the story, the more they believe it. So why not believe every stupid belief ever? But we know it was human mind that came up with that and with every religion. It was their way fo satisfying themselves and explaining the great mysteries of this world. --------------------- |
