too true.

The weirdest thing of all to me about American culture/reality vs the fantasy we all buy into occurs on teevee, and I don't mean advertising.

If you believe what you see on teevee no one in America WATCHES teevee...or even owns one. In all sitcoms and programs people are talking to each other, parents are in conversation with each other, with their kids, grandparents, inlaws, neighbors, co-workers, you name it. They come home and start chatting with everyone in sight...they don;t turn on the teevee and plop in front of it, which all teevee shoes and advertisers are counting or they get cancelled.

Americans are spending their days talking talking talking....none of them do what we're doing while we WATCH them talking, i.e. watching teevee!

Even reality shows never show people watching reality shows.
