Hello, and thank you for correcting me. There's nothing worse than misinformation. I learned about "picnic" while I was taking an African-American History course at L.A. Valley College. That was back in '99, and I hope that the professor, if she's still working there, has come to understand that what she was teaching her students was/is false and misleading. I also wish you many thanks for your posts, especially those of William Blum. I had read some of his work in the past without knowing who he was.
