They are getting it from somewhere and I am of the view that it is from Christianity itself. After all, if someone payed the price for you, then you have nothing to worry about, and if the person is "saved" upon having faith in that, then the priest who sexually molests children, the pastor who screws prostitutes with the money he receives from his congregation and when you place sanctions on others and murder them, you have nothing to worry about. You are forgiven for the rest of your life and this gives you the freedom to do anything you want and behave anyway you want, without respecting the rights of others, having limits and rules to follow. Whenever I have such conversations with Christians, especially with the "born again" sickness, they always tell me "we do not follow the law of the letter, Jesus already freed us from the law, we follow spiritual law and we have a relationship with God through Christ". So since they don't have a law to follow, then the one who commits adultery, fornicates, murders, oppresses and does whatever else is only doing spiritual things and not physically breaking laws. It's stupid and they know it. If the Christians were not programmed since childhood and did not rely so much on their pastors, priests and monisters, they would see this for themselves that it's absurd and does not make sense. They tell us that Jesus who was God and fully human(don't ask how because it's impossible to explain) was also the "begotten son of God" at the same time and he had to be sacrificed and suffer for the sins of mankind. Otherwise there would be no forgiveness. When you ask them is God the all powerful, the all knowing, they answer "yes of course" so why couldn't He forgive his creation without killing someone innocent? They usually get lost at this point. Some like Andreas will play dumb and say "don't favor one religion over another" and all religions are the same and all teach good things. I am sorry to say but there is no Christianity without the crucifixion of Jesus. This is the cornerstone of Christianity. Everyone knows the deal, "Jesus on the cross". No matter how much a person believes in the One and only Creator, prays, fasts, does good and strives to live a descent life with sincereity and obedience to Him, a person can never receive forgiveness nor mercy unless you accept the "Jesus on the Cross" But usually these same lunatics will tell you "God is love" and "God loves everyone". Well if He does, then why throw people in hell with "satan forever" just for not accepting a stupid and silly thing such as the crucifixion theory? I can see being punished for being bad all your life, never making an effort to change and or repent and ask for forgiveness, but just for not accepting the lamb of God story I find that absurd and illogical. Besides that, is it even logic or possible to imagine the Almighty Creator of everything who is completely unique and uncreated, knows fully everything past, furure, present, seen and unseen, yet this Almighty has to come down, committ suicide in order to forgive sins, something which He himself created, does that make sense? This is exactly why Christianity had to have crusades, constantines, and everything else inorder to gain converts, It was not possible any other way. If Jesus(as) really ordered his followers to go and "peacefully" preach his "gospel to all nations" he picked the wrong method because it wouldn't work. It was over 300 years after he was gone that this religion became what it is and they had to use mafia style tactics. Just look at the Bush and his born again sickness. He believes God speaks to him and tells him to do the things he is doing. Is it not strange that the Americans who most support wars, sanctions, and weapon support to others, especially to israel, are fundemental Christians? I thought they were a religion of peacde, yet why are they so in love with wars, and other things? --------------------- |
