Funny you bring this up at this time. I'm working with a white man who is 50 years old and claims he didn't get hired on at his last job because he wasn't black. He said the job recruiter even admitted this much to him. I then asked him if the job was ran by black people and he saidthere were only like four black people out of hundred employees. Now you tell me how the fuck this place was racist against whites when the majority were already white. Were these white managers discriminating against their own? He claims the supervisor(one of them) was black and he picked a black guys over him. Folks like this are so far removed from reality that you can't even spend to them about it. Has he ever questioned how black people feel and what they go through? Even if it was true that the black guy got picked over him, there are still far more whites and there is no racism against whites because the racism in America is institutionalized and will never change. Black people don't make the rules nor run anything, white people do and everything good is for them. I used to sympathize with poorer whites and think they had it just as bad as black people and other people of color but they don't. They don't get convicted for same crimes as black people do. They don't get stopped and harassed by police the way me and black do. I get stopped at least once a month by police because they don't like the way I look and they profile me. I get stopped walking and driving and even white coworkers have told me I'm being racially profiled.

My brother did over a year in prison for possession of marijuana whereas I see white people getting off murder and other charges. Shame on them for even thinking they're a minority or have it bad.
