Rap industry is now too making a ton of money and it isn't the only thing it does. It actually provides a fake image where the rapper is shown as some huge money dude and this makes younger kids in the ghettos wanna be the same. There are very few rappers who actually had rough lives as they claim during their songs. They just making money and they only have that opportunity because they were among the "chosen". One has to be among the chosen ones in capitalism to succeed and those rappers were exactly that. The very few who didn't talk about bullshit were killed or put out of business. Many don't even know this but BET(BLACK ENTERTAINMENT) is actually owned by a White guy now. Ever since that house nigga gave it up, it has become horrible. A dream has been created for younger Blacks and it isn't to have a career or anything like that. That dream and success for them is to have sex with as many girls as possible, wear nice clothes and drink alcohol or smoke weed. --------------------- |
