You are confused between today's Assyrians and Christianity. "Suraya" means "Christian". It is used against any Christian no matter what ethnicity. Arab has nothing to do with Islam or Muslims. The Quran al kareem was revealed in Arabic and therefore, it makes the language important to Muslims. Other than that it don't matter. We don't call every Muslim an Arab, that is "Suraye village mentality". Because they thing every "Christian" is "Suraye", they assume every "Muslim" is "Arabaya" that is false. You can think whatever you like, but it don't mean anything. Islam speaks for itself. Islam was not invented by Muhammad but in general it goes back to Adam and Eve. There is only one original "way" and the today's religions are nothing but "versions" and man made corruption mixed with a little truth. That's all. Like I said before the difference between me and you is that I worship the Creator and submit to him and you worship the creation. We have choice and that is something we are born with.
