They should first amply reimburse the lands (and the profits which accrued from their possessions) to the indigenous tribes whom they tricked, enslaved and slaughtered - in addition to the free labor gained from the African slaves, women, Chinese rail workers, and all the other "darkies" whom the enlightened white man rationalised as being "primitive" and "inferior" as mules for manual labor. A few casinos for the few lottery winners of half-breed American Indians just don't cut it, just as affirmative action don't cut it for the millions of Africans, women, LGBT, and other minorities who've been shafted for hundreds of years in these United States..
