...it was no different with Communists. They were a gift to this nation because they provided a rallying point...Americans could be manipulated and shorn like sheep and made grateful for it, because they were being "saved".

Communism collapsed and there was panic...a new devil was needed and Israel was used for decades to piss off the Muslim world...and then Khomeni and then Saddam and then Bush's Crusade....America went to Iraq to murder innocent civilians and make sure hatred and thoughts of revenge filled the hearts of the survivors...that was the whole point.

Look at the benefits which have accrued to a section of the population.
