Christian missionaries are more concerned with "saving" souls than they are about actually helping people. They may pose as humanitarian relief workers but there are strings attached. The US military(Christians), Government(Christians) and the missionaries work together in this. The military destroys a country, and then the missionaries appear right behind them with bibles and they offer toothbrushes, food, water, medicine, and other benefits but one must accept Christ or that is the ultimate goal. I have never seen those efforts sincere but they are more about others, and especially Muslims, to accept Jesus which people are otherwise not interested in. In Central and South America, there are various Christian sects working hard on trying convert populations. Most of those people are Catholics but that is not enough so the Protestant and other denominations are down there catching fish. Same in Africa and other places. Out of all the converts they gain in those mostly 3rd world countries, they are always drooling if they catch one Muslim who even gives them an ear, and it is those kind that make it on CNN and other shows in the West in which they bash Islam and inform us why it is important to fight them. These types are always assholes, and not because they supposedly leave their religion but because they are posers and have an agenda. Like that dumb Syrian woman(who is supposed to be a psychologist) who claims she left Islam after Muslim jihadists murdered her professor on campus in front of the students. That entire story was fabricated yet it's still enough to gain fame. This is more about Jesus than it is about helping people. Iraqis didn't need help and were living just fine if the US had left that country alone. They destroyed the country and pretend to be trying to fix it. --------------------- |
