At 19:03, Perkins explains that the reason why the US bombed one of the poorest sections of Panama in '89 under Bush 1, was because there was a building there belonging to the Panamanian National Security, which in it Noriega had pictures of Bush 2 and other prominent men in "compromising positions" doing cocaine and having elicit sex in island off the coast of Panama whre deals where made, and leaders where corrupted. So six thousand poor civilians had to be mass murdered because the then president Bush 1's son "W", was caught with his pants down, and it would have made daddy Bush (the president) look foolish.
